July 21, Phulo Devi Yadav, 39, of Trikol VDC-6 has lodged a complaint against Durga Nanda Hajara, 29, a police constable of armed police force on July 21 at district court. The complaint states that the accused attacked and injured Phulo Devi and her daughter with a khukuri on July 20. The accused has been working as a police constable at Armed Police Force of Maina Kaderi. According to the victim, the accused attacked and seriously injured them over a land dispute. She sustained bruises on her body. Both the victims were rescued by the locals and rushed to primary health center of Kanchanpur. The case has been registered at District Court through Area Police Office of Kanchanpur, said the victim.
