Man beaten to death in Kanchanpur

A person has died after being injured in a fight that ensued in a drunken stupor in Bhimdutta Municipality-9 Khallamchhetti of Kanchanpur. According to locals, 32-year-old Ganesh Bohara who sustained injuries in a fight with Prakash Pal on Sunday night died while he was being taken to hospital for treatment. Police arrested 5 persons including Pal after the victim's family demanded an investigation into his death saying that he was murdered. Police are further investigating the incident.
