Police arrested Kapil Pariyar, a 14-year-old resident of Khairagar in Bangad Kupinde Municipality-5 on the charge of killing his 13-year-old brother Sandeep Pariyar. According to the police, there was a general dispute between Sandeep and Kapil on July 20 over charging the mobile phone. After the dispute, Kapil hit Sandeep in the head with a haystack and Sandeep fainted. Unconscious Sandeep was rushed to Nepalgunj Medical College, Kohalpur in Banke for treatment. He died on Wednesday afternoon, according to police.
