Police arrested a 17-year-old boy of Temkemaiyung Rural Municipality-5 on July 22 on the charge of raping a nine-year-old girl. The victim's side had lodged a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on July 20 accusing him of raping their daughter on July 18.
