Raj Bahadur Tamang, 41-year-old health coordinator of Rubi valley Rural Municipality lodges a complaint of assault against Rakesh Tamang alias Changwa, a 35-year-old resident of the same municipality-3 on July 14. The victim was beaten while he was working in the office. On behalf of the employees, the employees' union has issued a statement on the same day urging to bring the perpetrators of the beating to justice and punish them according to the law. The accused is a central member of the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party's youth wing.
