Biplav's cadre arrested in Kaski

Police arrested 26-year-old Prakash Bastola, an alternate central member of the Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplava) of Kaski Rupa Rural Municipality-3, Takanja, on July 10 from the Pokhara Metropolitan City-10 stadium gate. According to police, he was arrested for further investigation after a complaint was lodged against him on the charge of threatening various people and businessmen and demanding money.
