Ward Secretary of Nagarain Municipality-5 Ganguli Subodh Jhala, 42  lodged a complaint of assault against Radheshyam Jha, 32, Bhawan Jha, 35, and Alok Kumar Jha, 30, of the same place at the District Police Office, Dhanusha on July 28. He alleges them for assaulting him in the ward office on July 26 after consuming alcohol. The ward secretaries of Nagarain Municipality have stopped the office work in protest of the attack on the secretary.
