ANNFSU Chitwan padlocked Bharatpur High School against the attempt to form a management committee without discussing it with the stakeholders. Prakash Acharya, chairman of the All Nepal National Independent Students' Union (ANNFSU) District Committee, Chitwan, issued a statement today expressing his objection.
