Mugu, Balatkar prayas garne giraftaar. July 26, Achham police has arrested Basu Tiwari, 27, on July 26 on charge of attempting to rape a 14-year-old girl. He had tried to rape the girl at a sheep farm in Sukadhik VDC-9 on July 17. Chaukhatte police in Achham arrested him as he was heading to India to escape the police action. Acting chief of District Police Office, Mugu Mitra Acharya said that he would be transferring the accused to Mugu for police action.
