Police intervenes during in Kaski , injuring one

24-year-old Shiva Parajuli of Pokhara Metropolitan City-5 was injured during a protest against the government's ordinance on the division of political parties. Parajuli, who is also a member of ANNFSU-Kaski District Office, was injured when police intervened in a corner meeting after a protest rally at Bhimsen Chowk in Pokhara jointly organized by CPN-UML-affiliated National Youth Association Nepal and ANNFSU.
According to the victim, the victim sustained head injuries while police charged batons during the corner meeting. The injured have been treated at Om Hospital Pokhara with four stitches on the head.
