Police recovered a body of a 50-year-old man Bhadru Rajbanshi,  a rickshaw driver of Kachankwal rural municipality-3 from his own room in Birtamod Jhapa. According to police, the body of the deceased sustains various injuries and bruises on different parts of the body including his head, the blood was splattered all over the room and the nature of the incident was suspicious. The 15-year-old son of the deceased Devnarayan Rajbanshi told the police that his 38-year-old uncle Ratan Lal Rajbanshi killed his father in the room and fled.

Police arrested the accused of the incident. There was a general dispute between the brothers at 12 o'clock in September 4. He confessed to the police that he had killed his brother, police said.
