Four persons were injured in a clash between two groups at a monastery in the Dolpa district. The clash took place in Ward No. 4 Kagkot under Charka Tangsong Municipality of the district. According to Police, one group started the dispute saying another group had earlier worshipped at the monastery.
According to Raju Pandey, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Dolpa, Pemachhujung Rokaya was severely injured in the clash. Rokaya, who sustained serious head injuries, was airlifted to the district hospital by a Fistel Air helicopter for initial treatment. The other three injured are undergoing treatment at the hospital as their condition is normal.
