Police arrested youths who were protesting against the MCC supported by the US agency for international development, on September 7. Youth demonstrated in Tribhuvan International Airport against the visit of Fatima Sumar, the vice president of MCC, to Nepal to supervise the current situation on the implementation of the MCC's program. Protestors used the slogans like 'We hate MCC', 'Reject MCC', 'Get out MCC', 'Go back MCC'.
