Police arrested Karma Raj Dhital on the charge of brutally assaulting his 33-year-old sister-in-law Satyawati Dhital of Jumla Sinja rural municipality-2. Dharma Raj Dhital, the younger brother of the accused lodged the complaint in the district police office, Jumla, against his brother accusing him of beating his wife without any reason. The victim also claimed that including Karma Raj, 4  others (his wife and his brother and his spouse) beat her brutally on September 4. According to police, Karma Raj assaulted Satyawati over a dispute over an irrigation project in Sinja, Jumla.
