The IT Army staged Parsa District Committee a motorcycle rally in Birgunj, Parsa, on September 11 demanding scrapping of the MCC agreement. The Birgunj metropolitan meeting of the IT Army selected the formation of a metropolitan committee under the convenership of Mohammad Rehan Ibrahim and Makhan Patel. Constituent Assembly member Islam Hawari, former state assembly member Kundan Kushwaha, youth leader Pawan Tiwari, IT Army Parsa coordinator Santosh Patel and others were present on the occasion.
