Rohini Prasad Ghorasaini, a 50-year-old resident of Gachhitol in Chandrapur Municipality-3 of Rautahat district was killed on September 11. Bodhnath Ghorasaini, brother of the deceased, said that Ghorasaini, who had gone to cut grass at 8 am on September 10, was found dead in the bush of Kalapani Community Forest.

The victim's family claims that Ghorasaini was killed in a planned manner.  Meanwhile, police arrested local Prahlad Karki on suspicion of being involved in the incident. Police informed that the investigation is started after taking Karki under control.
