July 31, Bimala Pariyar, 28, of Manakamana VDC-8 has lodged a complaint at District Police Office on July 30 against her husband on charge of inflicting mental and physical pain on her. The victim complained that she was deprived of food, clothes by her husband Indra Bahadur Pariyar, 30. Manisha Gurung, chief of Women and Children Service Center said that the accused would be summoned for discussion and further legal action would be initiated against him in case both sides fail to reach agreement.
