The Jumla Multipurpose Campus Students padlocked the campus demanding the examination centre be set up in Jumla. Four organizations including ANNFSU (Revolutionary), ANNFSU, CPN-Unified Socialist affiliated Students' Organization and NSU padlocked the Jumla campus. Stating that the second year examination centre of M.Ed has been set up in Surkhet, they demanded to set up a centre at Jumla Campus immediately. They have warned not to open the lock until the Jumla Campus examination centre is established.

Students' organizations said that all the examinations used to be held at Jumla Campus for a long time and it is unfair to take the current M.Ed level second year examination to Surkhet against federalism.
