The conflict between the two groups devolved into a 'gang fight' in Lamki of Kailai district. Three people were injured in the Khukuri attack during the gang fight. The injured are identified as Keshar Pulami Magar of Ward No. 3, Madan Shahi and Rishi Timilsina of Ward No. 2 of Lamkichuha Municipality. according to Prateek Bista, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Kailali. 

The injured are undergoing treatment at Lalaratna Hospital. The cause of the dispute has not been disclosed yet. Stating that the details of the incident are yet to come, Bisht said that they are looking for the person who attacked with the khukuri.
