CPN(Biplav) cadres staged a sit-in at district administrative office, Myagdi, against the 35-day arrest warrant issued by the district court Myagdi, for Dhurba Ghimire (a Biplav cadre), Central committee member CPN( Biplav) and in-charge of Myagdi Baglung. The demonstrators claimed that the arrest warrant issued was against a three-point agreement reached between the then government led by the then Prime Minister KP Oli and the CPN (Maoist).

The court staff had handed over the arrest warrant on October 27, to the ward office as per yesterday's order on the charge of damaging public property.  The Chand led CPN (Maoist) stated that the arrest warrant issued in the wake of the CPN (Maoist) peace process is a direct violation of the three-point agreement. Leaders and cadres of the party led by CPN (Maoist) central member and Myagdi in-charge Dhruv Ghimire staged a sit-in in front of the district administration from 1 pm to 2 pm and demanded immediate implementation of the three-point agreement. Party spokesperson Khadka Bahadur Vishwakarma handed over a memorandum to the Prime Minister through 'Prakand' and demanded that a special task force be formed to implement the agreement.
