There was a clash between two groups in the closed session during the national convention of All Nepal National Independent Students Union -Revolutionary (ANNISU-R). The student group favoring Keshav Rawal, who was Treasurer of the last committee chanted slogans and vandalized the session by hitting chairs against the other group. They protested against the increment in number of central members, which according to them doesn't go with the student body's mandate. The dis-satisfied group opposed the intervention of main party in appointing chairperson and other positions and said if that's the case, the party leadership should also nominate members themselves in the central committee of the student body.
