Man arrested on the charge of stealing buffalo found dead inside custody in Tikapur

Dhan Bahadur Rana, a 35-year-old man of Surkhet, Chaukune rural municipality-3, who was arrested on the charge of stealing buffalo on October 11, was found while under custody at Area Police Office Tikapur. Rana was found dead inside the toilet on Monday morning. Police state that Rana committed suicide.
According to the police, Rana was found dead hanging by the ventilation of the toilet. Rana stole the buffalo of Puluram Tharu, a local farmer of Janaki rural municipality-3, Toriyapur.
