Police arrested Dilu Rokka, a 20-year-old youth resident of Triyuga municipality-8, Saikhola, permanent resident of Saptari Saptakoshi municipality-1, Fattepur Khoriya tole, on the charge of raping a 6-year-old girl. According to the police, the accused raped the victim on October 23.
