Ram Kebal Loniya, a 45-year-old man of Maharajgunj municipality ward no-11, was arrested on the charge of murdering his wife, Chinka Loniya and dumping her body in Champapur Kapilvastu community forest located at Buddhabhumi municipality-9. According to the police, the husband murdered the wife on November 1, because he caught her having extra marital affair. Due to the affair, the couple used to fight on a daily basis. The accused ran off to India after committing the crime.
