Karna Bahadur Basyal, a 22-year-old resident from Gurbhakot Municipality-6 Ratmate, is accused of physically assaulting his 22-year-old wife Radhika BK on November 11, leaving her seriously injured. The team deployed from Area Police Office, Mehelkuna carried the vicitim to Mehelkuna Hospital as soon as they were informed about the incident. The victim was referred to better health facilities in Nepalgunj after primary treatment at the local hospital. Police are yet to find the absconding perpetrator.
