Police arrested 45-year-old Nanda Kumar Padalung of Hilihang Rural Municipality-5 on November 10 on the charge of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl. The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on October 24 accusing the accused of sexually abusing the girl.
