A 49-year-old man, Dhan Bahadur Magar, was killed in a scuffle over a personal dispute in Ultepani of Bogatan fungshil Rural municipality-1. According to District Police Office Inspector Rabindra Chand, a dispute broke out between 32-year-old Milan Magar and Dhan Bahadur while they were eating at the house of a local Tek Bahadur Magar.

Dhan Bahadur was seriously injured from the assault and died on the way while being brought to Dipayal for treatment. Milan, who was involved in the assault, was arrested by a team from Chamara Chautra police post and further investigation is underway, police said.
