Kailali,balatkaar ko aropma sasura maathi ujuri. Kailali/ August 8 A 14-year-old girl has lodged a complaint at district court against her father-in-law for incest rape. The victim had lodged a complaint on August 4 with the help from an NGO. She said that her father-in-law raped her on September 13, 2013 at gun point when her husband was in foreign employment. She further said that she had given a birth to a baby girl on June 27 from her father-in-law. The accused is at large after she became pregnant. The victim has been taking shelter at the safe house of a local NGO with her baby.
