The members of ANNFSU(Revolutionary) close aides to Netra Bikram Chand (Biplove) led Nepal Communist Party abused the Principal of Birendra Himalaya Secondary School of Nalgad Municipality-12, Tallubagar accusing him of financial irregularities. The members painted the face of Principal Chandra Bahadur KC with black soot on November 26. 

They stated of using poor construction material in the construction of 8 roomed building financed by Social Development office, and 2 roomed building financed through President Educational Reform Program. Other allegations include; the toilet funded by municipality not built as per the standards; giving contract at 5lakh rupees for preparing grounds and misusing the remaining15 lakhs; not buying the science lab materials with the allotted 10 lakh rupees, and using 15 lakhs from Karnali Technical School to construct his personal house.   

The  District in charge of the student wing, Biraj Shahi said that they were forced to do so due to the ignorance from the school side to address these issues despite their frequent concern. However, the police have stated that the black soot was thrown at the Principal as he denied donations to the party. Police are searching for the party members involved in the incident. 

"The unknown people came to our school saying they have some programs. Suddenly, they assaulted me and pasted black soot and left. I don't know any of them." DSP Madhukumar Thapa said referring to the statement given by the principal.
