2021-12-01

Students of Mahendra Morang Campus studying in Commerce stream, the first semester vandalized the college administration and management office on December 1, against the padlock done by students of third semester on November 30, demanding computers.

According the vice-campus chief, the group of unknown people vandalized the college as soon as the students broke the lock. Due to vandalism; the table, chair, window, and door has been destroyed. One of the students assumed that the students of third semester might have vandalized for the demand of Computers.

According to the Campus administration, the group vandalizing the property has not been identified. The BBS conducts an annual practical examination of 24 integers in the subject of computer based financial accounting. The computer lab is required for that exam. However, the campus currently provides eight computers for BBS students to study the subject. As there are 88 seats in BBS, there is a demand from students for at least 45 computers. After the professors said that the class will not be held until the problem is solved, the students of BBS did not allow the teaching in other faculties.

Due to the padlock in the campus administration, the students have not been able to submit their examination forms. The last day to submit the exam form is December 1.
