Police arrested 27-year-old Bikram Karki and 20-year-old Suman Karki of Jugu in Dolakha Gaurishankar Rural Municipality Ward No. 1 on the charge of looting and killing a cooperative security guard. The deceased has been identified as 67-year-old Purna Bahadur Khadka of Himachuli Multipurpose Cooperative in Dolakha Gaurishankar.

Police had received information that an unidentified group had taken security guard Khadka under control on October 27. Similarly, they looted Rs. 1,85,780 from the cooperative and fled. Khadka's body was found in Jugu forest two days after the accused's escape.
