Police arrested Bikram Majhi, a worker at a grill factory, on the charge of physically assaulting Kshetra Bahadur Karki, a police constable of Lalitpur Metropolitan Police Division. According to the police, the accused was under influence of alcohol when he charged the victim with an iron rod after the victim asked him not to making noise on December 8 at Sankhamul.
