Police arrested Jiban Rawal, an 18-year-old boy of Mangalsen municipality-10 and Rohit Rawal, a 13-year-old boy of the same municipality on December 13, on the charge of murdering Srijana Bhandari, a 16-year-old girl of Mangalsen municipality-11. According to the victim's brother, the victim was murdered when she went to meet her lover Jagat Rawal and the complaint against the two teen boys was lodged on December 12. According to the police, the victims body was recovered from the Mangalsen Ramaroshan Road section in Kharmela on December 11.
