The patients outside the Gamgadhi the district headquarter have been deprived of medical assistance due to the lack of health workers at health clinics. They are compelled to walk all the way to the district headquarters for two days to get the services. The health clinics remained vacant because the health workers are living in the district headquarter. Most of the locals are compelled using home remedies and witch doctors to cure their ailment, said Urgen Lama of Dolpu VDC. He further said that they cannot even get a Citamole. There are positions of seven health workers at Kimri health center however it has remained vacant since two months. Acting chief doctor, Bhakta Dev Shrestha said that the warning letter has been sent to the health workers from time to time however they don’t follow. He further complained that the action could not be initiated because of the political pressure. Jeevan Sejuwal सदरमुकाम गमगढी भन्दा बाहिर रहेका स्वास्थ्य संस्थाहरूमा स्वास्थ्यकर्मी नहुदाँ सेवाग्राहीहरू मर्कामा परेका छन् । सामान्य बिरामी पर्दा समेत दुई दिन हिँडेर सदरमुकाम गमगढी आउनु पर्ने बाध्यता रहेको छ । स्वास्थ्यकर्मी कार्यरत स्वास्थ्य संस्थामा नबसेर सदरमुकाम बस्ने गरेका कारणले स्वास्थ्य संस्था स्वास्थ्यकर्मी विहीन भएका हुन्। नजिकै रहेको स्वास्थ्यचौकीमा स्वास्थ्यकर्मी नभएपछि आम्जि र बैजीद्वारा झारफुक तथा घरेलु उपचार गर्नेुपर्ने बाध्यता रहेको डोल्पु गाविसका उर्गीन लामाले बताए । 'सामान्य टाउको दुख्दा सिटामोल समेत पाइदैन ।' लामाले भने । बालबालिकालाई खोप लगाउने समयमा कार्यालय सहयोगीले खोप लगाउने गरेको मुगु गाविसका कार्मा लामाले बताए । करान भेगका मुगु, पुलु डोल्पु गाविसका स्वास्थ्य चौकीमा समेत कर्मचारी दैनिक रूपमा हाजिरी गर्नुपर्ने भए पनि अधिकांश स्वास्थ्य संस्थाहरूमा कार्यरत स्वास्थ्यकर्मीले नै हाजिरी किताब लुकाउने गरेको पाईएको छ । सातजना स्वास्थ्यकर्मी दरवन्दी रहेको क्रि्री स्वास्थ्यचौकीमा स्वास्थ्यकर्मी नगएको दुई महिना भन्दा बढि भएको छ । सदरमुकामबाट अनुगमन टोली जाने थाहा पाएपछि स्वास्थ्य चौकी पुगेका इञ्चार्ज वीरेन्द्रबहादुर शाही आफैले हाजिरी किताब नभेटेको बताए । जिल्ला अस्पतालका निमित्त प्रमुख डाक्टर भक्तदेव श्रेष्ठले समय समयमा सम्बन्धित स्वास्थ्य चौकीका कर्मचारीलाई कार्यक्षेत्रमा जान जानकारी गराउँदै सचेतपत्र पठाउँदा पनि नटेरेको र महिनाको अन्तिममा हाजिर गरी कार्यालयमा पेश गर्ने गरेको बताए । कारबाही गर्दा राजनीतिक दबाब आउने र समग्र जिल्लाको अवस्थानै यस्तो रहेको डा. श्रेष्ठले बताए । जीवन सेजुवाल
