Police arrested 33-year-old Binod Acharya of Morang, residing in Sinamangal of Kathmandu on the charge of attacking his friend, 22-year-old Keshav Timilsina of Chautara Municipality-9 Sindhupalchowk with scissors on Sunday afternoon during a dispute between the two. Acharya was immediately arrested after the incident, informed SP Dineshraj Mainali. Timilsina who sustained serious injury on his intestine in the incident is undergoing treatment at Bir hospital.
