Police arrested A 16-year-old youth of Laligurans municipality-6 Sungnam, on April 8, on the charge of raping a 7-year-old minor girl. The victim's side claimed that the victim was raped on April 7, and the complaint has been lodged on April 8. Inspector Kamal Thakur of the District Police Office stated to Insec that, they had arrested the accused on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim's family.
