Rajbiraj, Kisori ko hatya. A teenager was murdered in Chhinnamasta VDC of Saptari district last night. Biva Devi Mandal, 19, of Chhinnamasta VDC was killed by her own family members, said police. Police said Biva has bruises in her stomach and right leg. Police held Biva's husband, Punam Mandal, brother-in-law Kamalesh, mother-in-law Phulo Devi Mandal in connection to their involvement in the incident while Biva's father-in-law Shashi Mandal is absconding.
