Police detains 23 NC cadres for vandalizing party office in Pokhara

Police took control of 23 Nepali Congress (NC) cadres in Pokhara on the charge of vandalizing the party's office at Pokhara Metropolitan City-3 Tersapatti on Thursday during their protest program. Police are estimating the cost of the damage due to the vandalism.
NC cadres resorted to protest, sloganeering, and vandalism at the party office after the party's leader asked contender candidates to withdraw their candidacy for the post of ward chairpersons of Pokhara ward 18 and 24.
