Baitadi, Balbiwaha ko ujuri paxhi yubak giraftar. Police have arrested Prakash Saud, 23, of Bhumi Raj VDC-4 on August 21 on charge of marrying a girl child. He was arrested by police on the same day after the girl's family lodged a complaint against him on August 19 at area police office, Patan, accusing him of marrying a 13-year-old girl of Gudeda, Haat VDC-6, on May 11, according to Inspector Krishna Saud. The accused was married with the girl's elder sister two years ago. Her father demanded justice and action against the accused.
