Kavre, Mahila lai jiskauda thunama. Two youths have landed in custody for eve-teasing a woman on August 22. Police have charged them under some public offence after the woman filed a complaint against them. According to the women, Gangram Byanju alias Gagan, 19, of Dhulikhel Municipality-2 and Srijan Shrestha, 20, of Basbari VDC-7 of Sindhupalchok passed vulgar remarks on her while she was walking along the Araniko highway section at Dhulikhel Municipality-2. Though the women accused them of 'intention to rape', police charged the duo under public offense. Police have not disclosed details of the woman.
