One killed in police firing in Udayapur, two lincluding police injured

A person died while a boy sustained injury when police opened fire to control situation following a clash at Janata Kalika Secondary school polling center in Katari Municipality-10 of Udayapur. The clash took place after voting period ended. Police fired eight round warning shots according to Province 1 police spokesperson SP Nabin Rai. Police are investigating the incident according to SP Rai. A police officer also sustained injury after being pelted with stone according to SP Nabin Rai.
