Cadres of CPN-UML and Nepali Congress clashed in Himali rural municipality of Bajura on May 14 over a dispute regarding seals on ballot box while preparations were being made for vote counting. Police fired twelve rounds of warning shots to mitigate the clash. Stones were hurled from both parties at each other.
