A complaint against Puran Paija Magar, 22, of Dhobighat in Kathmandu Metropolis-2 and his mother Rudra Maya Rana, 50, has been lodged at women and children service center under Metropolitan Police Range Kalimati on charge of expelling their daughter-in-Law Neema Rai, 18. The victim had lodged a complaint on August 26 seeking justice. She further said that the accused have been inflicting mental and physical pain upon her by threatening to expel her from the house. The complaint demands for action against the perpetrators according to the Domestic Violence Act. Based on the complaint the WCSC has directed Metropolitan Police Circle Lainchaur for the investigation, according to Inspector Sushila Pradhan of WCSC.
