14 injured as Congress cadres clash with locals during victory rally in Mahagadhimai of Bara

The cadres of Nepali Congress clashed with the locals at Inarwa Tole of Mahagadhimai municipality-2 in Bara, during the victory rally of Upendra Prasad Yadav who was elected mayor from Nepali Congress in the local elections. The two sides clashed after a dispute regarding teasing of locals and use of foul languages against them by Congress cadres escalated according to DSP Rajesh Thapa.
Police fired three rounds of tear gas to control the situation. The clash injured 14 people including ASI Manoj Saha.
