ANNSFU (CPN-UML) staged a torch rally in Kathmandu on May 23, against the price hike in petroleum products. The police intervened in the rally by snatching the torch of the demonstrators and throwing it. The price of petroleum products has increased by Rs. 20 in the last one week.
