The youth wing of the CPN-UML's Hetauda-9 Ward committee staged a demonstration on May 23, in Hetauda against a frequent price hikes of petroleum products. The demonstrators demanded immediate repeal of price hike in gas, petrol, diesel, kerosene, and other commodities, the immediate resignation of the government which has failed in all respects, cessation of public harassment, and issuance of maps including Lipulek and Limpiyadhura. The demonstrators displayed placards as well.
