District police office of Kaski has arrested Rahul Shrestha, 19, of Tersapatti in Pokhara Sub-metropolis-3 on August 27 on charge of abducting and raping a 15-year-old girl. The accused had lured the girl and raped her after taking her to Beni of Parbat. A complaint against him was lodged on August 26 by the victim's father. Based on the complaint the accused was arrested by the police on August 27. He was charged under abduction and rape. Inspector Gautam Mishra of DPO said that the condition of victim is not clear.
