District Police Office has arrested Niru Lama, 40, of Baglung Bus Park in Pokhara Sub-Metropolis-2 on August 29 on charge of sale of a 21-year-old woman. Lama, who also ran a restaurant at the Bus Park, was accused by the victim of holding her hostage since June 23 and forcing her into flesh trade with her customers. Police arrested Lama on the basis of the victim’s FIR filed on August 28 and initiated a case of human trafficking on the same day, District Police Office said. S
