Mahendranagar, Natedar bechbikhankartako panjabata doti ko mahila ko uddhar. A Nepali woman was rescued from the clutches of human traffickers from New Delhi of India recently. The woman from LaxmiNagar-4 of Doti district of western Nepal was taken away to Delhi by her relatives. According to the victim, the kin took her to Noida of India promising that they would find her husband who was working in Himanchal Pradesh of India. A team from Maiti Nepal, Kanchanpur branch in coordination with Maiti India rescued the woman. The woman is sheltering at the Maiti Nepal, Kanchanpur. Programme Coordinator of Maiti Nepal, Maheshwari Bhatta, said those involved in the crime will be charged under the Human Trafficking and Transportation (Control) Act, 2007.
