Meena Rokka Godaar, 24,of Arjunchaupari VDC-3,Syangja had filed case against her husband Santa Bahadur Godaar, 28, and mother-in-law Dilli Kumari Godaar,56,on charge of domestic violence. The victim complaint that her husband hadn't provide anything for eat and wear since from last 6 months.Because of abusive and repeatedly beaten by Santa she had been compelled to leave her husband's home and went to her parent's home. According to the advocate Mukunda Acharya of District Court, discussion ensued as to push the legal process to bring justice to victim.
